• Made out of laser cut brass
• Easy installation
• Total thickness of the assembled product: 3 mm (Original dash plaque is 2 mm)
• Indication lamp holes diameter top plaque: 16.5 mm
• Indication lamp holes diameter bottom plaque: 19 mm
• Total width: 79.15 mm
• Total height: 88.3 mm

Finish
Raw brass. No treatment after production.
This means minor oxidation may occur (which happens as a natural result of brass reacting with oxygen in the air) . In other words, it will get some beautiful patina.

The patina on the product can however be easily removed with some light polishing.

Installation guide

1. Remove the three screws holding the dash plaque in place
2. Lift up the dash plaque
3. Use your nail or a small, flat, screwdriver to carefully “pop-off” the faces from the indication lights rubber shelling
4. Squeeze the rubber shelling with the lights and push them out
5. Install the new dash plaque by threading the lamps with their rubber shelling through the back plaque first, then follow the steps above in reverse with the top plaque

All Kawasaki Vulcan 800.
